This charming waterfront castle in Middelfart, overlooks the picturesque Fænø Sound and Little Belt Strait. It offers free Wi-Fi and a peaceful, idyllic setting amongst a vast green surrounding.
Each spacious room at Hindsgavl Castle features a TV and tea/coffee making facilities. Several feature elegant, classical décor. Others are set in the converted neighbouring stables and have exposed brick walls and stylish, modern furnishings.
The in-house à la carte restaurant, Den Hvide Dame (The White Lady), is named after a ghost which apparently still roams the grounds of Hindsgavl. However, guests won't be spooked by the cuisine. The dishes are made from fresh, seasonal ingredients picked in the hotel's own herb garden.
Guests can relax and enjoy views of the Little Belt while on the furnished terrace. Bicycles can be rented on site to explore the spacious grounds of the castle and surrounding area. |
